What is you cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

When cancelling your appointment within 48 hours a fee will be taken to cover the appointment. Here are the charges:
Cancellations occurring within 48 hours require a 50% fee to be paid
Cancellations occurring within 24 hours require a 100% fee to be paid
No Show clients will be required to pay 100% of the appointment price

Why do I charge a cancellation fee?

Due to being self employed, we do have a policy in place to prevent last minute cancellations and no shows. When these occur, we are unable to fill the appointment with such short notice and therefore charge a fee to cover the time that could have been given to another client on our waiting lists.

Question 3

Do I require a patch test?

Accepted Answer

All treatments require a patch test at least 24 hours before your treatment takes place. If you are a new client with me within a 6 month period, you will need to be patch tested.

It is your responsibility to book yourself in for you patch test. If you turn up to your appointment and have not had you patch test, your treatment will not go ahead. However, you will still be charged for your treatment.
