Hi guys - I’m Faye and I’m the Founder of Dose. A Multi-Award Winning Beauty Studio and Creative Collective, based in South Manchester. I am a mum to two amazing little girls and a wife to my wonderful hubby Sim, who I met whilst working in TV and Film as a Hair and Makeup artist. I did that for about 10 years before stepping away post lockdown to open up my very own inclusive and family friendly beauty studio - dose, where we not only bring great vibes, serve speciality coffee and offer a load of lovely beauty treatments to our clients but I also mentor Beauty Professionals on running their socials and becoming more confident content creators. I love people. I love Social Media. I Love browing and I love coffee. So I’m literally living my dream. You can find me prancing around Altrincham or filming someone or something in my studio. I can’t wait to meet you all!!
Hi, I'm Georgie. Saying yes to this was such a pinch-me moment for me, and I’m so excited to be joining the Refine & Define event. If there’s one thing I’m passionate about, it’s really understanding the why behind what we do, because if you don’t understand the science, it doesn’t need to be done. I’ll be bringing my knowledge and experience to talk through the science behind treatments, helping you feel more confident, informed, and empowered in your work. I’m the co-founder of Cosmedic Supplies, Buff Browz, and Buff Lashes, and I’ve spent over a decade focused on education, product innovation, and raising standards across the beauty industry. Alongside building my businesses, I’ve grown my family too, something I’m incredibly proud of. I can’t wait to share insight, education, and practical knowledge that will support you in elevating your treatments and your career.

Hey, my name is Sean also known as The Brow Boss. I am a Brow Specialist & Educator based in Linlithgow, Scotland. Brows & Brow Education is something I fell into after HATING the office job I was working in. I had Moved 2 hours away from home and started my business in a town where no one knew me and over time have built a successful Brow business and now I have the best job in the world doing brows and teaching/coaching others to start their own successful businesses. the most rewarding job ever!! You may know me for being a silly billy on social media and being that friendly, supportive person!! I take pride in being a massive supporter of other people and their businesses. There is enough clients for us all. I’m so excited to be asked to Demo at this incredible event! And still in shock, I cannot wait to share my Tips and tricks with you all and can’t wait to see you gorgeous people on the day!!!

As a Nanoblading and brow artist myself, I bring the same creativity and precision to beauty as I do to strategy. I know how overwhelming social media can feel, posting into the void, never sure what will land or how to assess progress and I have a proven track record of creating strategies that actually work. With a background in acting, I blend creativity, confidence, and structure to help business owners understand the fundamentals so they can show up authentically with clarity, intention and impact.Alongside running Arc, I lead social at Page as their Digital Marketing and Social Media Executive. I love watching people who once felt totally overwhelmed by social media gain confidence, understand strategy, and finally feel in control of their online presence.
Hi, I’m Jo, you might know me as The Brow Surgery and co-founder of The Brow Network. Brow artistry is my obsession, and hybrid brows are where my heart truly lies (but Korean lash lifts are sneaking up on me!). I’m all about creating content, experimenting with new products, and trying every technique I can get my hands on.
This industry inspires me endlessly — we grow, we learn, and we lift each other up. Collaboration over competition, always, and I love getting the chance to meet other likeminded brow artists, which is why you’ll often see me at numerous events!
