Hey, I’m Jamie. I’ve spent several years (13 years to be exact) in the lash industry working closely with artists and brands through my role as one of the owners of the UK’s leading lash brand, LashBase, and I’ve seen first-hand what really makes a difference when it comes to growth, confidence and longevity in this industry.
My talk will dive into real experiences and practical insights, with the exact topic being finalised soon, but expect honest conversation and actionable takeaways.

Hi, I’m Karolina! I’m originally from Lithuania, but I’ve been living in London for the past 10 years — and it’s definitely been a journey. I started as a cleaner and now run my own lash studio, which still feels a bit surreal.
I’m an award-winning lash artist, speaker, judge, and lash trainer, and yes, a full-on classic lash fanatic. I know classic lashes can sometimes be overlooked, but I truly believe they’ll always have a place. Mastering classics is what builds strong technique and makes you better at everything else. I’m so excited to do this demo and show you exactly what I use, how I work, and the steps I take to create clean, soft, airy classic lash sets.

Hi, I’m Anna Szilágyi, Head Educator and Product Developer at LashBase. I have been in the lash industry for several years and work closely on both education and product innovation. I am the creator behind LashBase’s industry-revolutionising Pro Made Tweezers and Double Classic Lashes, and my online training curriculum at LashBase, that includes our extremely popular Korean Lash Lift Masterclass, has now been completed by over 6,000 students worldwide! I will be demonstrating a Korean Lash Lift, and I could not be more excited to share this technique with all of you, I have also personally worked with our manufacturer on perfecting our Lifted. with cysteamine formula, ensuring it delivers the highest possible performance for lash artists. This is one of the most in-demand lash lift techniques of 2025 and is showing no signs of slowing down. I cannot wait to teach you and be part of such an exciting event!
I’m Alisha, a Hampshire based lash artist and founder of ByAlisha, specialising in wet look lashes — my signature and most requested style. I began my lash journey in 2019, and building ByAlisha has helped me grow in confidence and has positively shaped many areas of my life, both personally and professionally. I’m proud to be an award-winning lash artist and honoured to be demonstrating my signature wet look lash technique at this event. My work focuses on soft, wispy wet look lashes designed to enhance each client’s natural features while remaining lightweight and wearable. I can’t wait to be at the event!

Having built a highly sought-after client base in London before re-establishing her business in Surrey, Becky is known for her creative, styling-led approach to lashes.
As a lash stylist and designer, she focuses on intentional lash sets tailored to each client’s features and individuality, sitting at the forefront of the industry’s shift towards personalised styling.
During this demo, Becky will be sharing one of her signature creative lash sets and her design process, offering insight into how she builds lashes with purpose, texture and individuality.
Hi, I’m Arune — a multi-award-winning lash artist, educator, and founder of I AM Lash PRO. My lash journey began back in 2014, and since then I’ve had the privilege of training with world-renowned masters, growing a brand I truly love, and supporting artists at every stage of their careers. Today, through the I AM Lash Academy, I focus on empowering lash professionals with high-performance products, education, and confidence — because for me, lash artistry isn’t just a career… it’s something I live and breathe every single day. I’m so excited to be doing a live Light Volume demo at Together Presents — sharing my approach to soft, wearable volume and showing that volume lashes don’t have to be big and bold to make an impact. Hi everyone, I’m Steph, the owner and face behind The Beauty Mama. I’m a mum of four girls and a lash lift educator… and I’m completely obsessed. I’m all about technique and knowledge, because that’s what truly builds confidence. No matter the method or the ingredient you’re working with. I’m so excited to be demoing a traditional lash lift. I can’t wait to show you that TGA isn’t the bad guy and that you can still achieve beautiful, long-lasting results while keeping lashes healthy and strong. I truly believe traditional lifts are going to make more of a comeback just with a few smart adjustments and a deeper understanding of lash health. Healthy lashes that grow out beautifully have always been my priority. Lash health isn’t new to me, I’ve been incorporating conditioning treatments and protective extras into my lash lift services for years. I’m so excited to share this with you.
